Inflammatory response: boswellia and turmeric
Boswellia Extract at 133.3mg is studied for supporting a healthy inflammatory response by influencing specific enzymes. Connective tissue: MSM and methionine
MSM supplies sulfur relevant to collagen production, while Methionine is an essential amino acid supporting tissue repair and connective tissue structure.
Circulation and absorption: bromelain and BioPerine

What to realistically expect
The manufacturer's own guidance recommends at least 30 days of consistent daily use before assessing results, since cartilage and connective tissue support builds gradually.
